WinlinkWX reports
From Megawiki
Send a winlink messate to wx9mkx@winlink.org using the format below.
Additional information
Subject: Weather data, mm/dd/yyyy
Next in the body prepare each observation using the TLCS format: Separate each observation with a line/carriage return. It is desirable to have a number of individual observations on each message submission; it reduces the number of incoming messages at WFO MKX. Use a comma as the delimiter (marking) to separate the information on each line. Limit each report to 80 characters per line.
Examples: 447PM, 2.5 W Horicon - Dodge Co, 4" to 6" limbs broken from trees, KG9MG 509PM, 2.7 SE Darlington - Lafayette Co, 10" standing water, WD9ABC 515AM, 5.0 W Rockdale - Dane Co, 1/4" measured hail, KB9XYZ
