Net start
This is [callsign], digital net control for the Wisconsin ARES/RACES Winlink Digital Traffic and Training Net. This is a directed net all communications will be carried out at the direction of the net control. Your backup digital net control station tonight is [bdnc callsign]
The purpose of this net is for the handling of digital traffic, announcements,training, and learn in a fun environment!
When checking into the net, please specify if your checking into the net, checking out of the net, your location, and if you have traffic or not.

Should you need to leave before the net has concluded, send a message to net control with your callsign and the phrase CHECK OUT in the subject line, and wait until net control has secured your station.

In case of a DNCS malfunction, all stations report to backup digital net control for roll call.
Should your station be contacted by net control, please respond
NCS will be the catch-all for digital traffic, please copy kb9mmc-5@winlink.org & DNCS in your cc: field This serves as a log and in case a station goes offline, NCS can forward the message on.
All stations should change their Paclink AGW properties to poll 5-10 min. It is also good practice to have read reply receipt for messages turned on if your email client supports it.
