About Me
I'm Cathy LaFaive-Markstrom. I've been married for 10 years (as of Aug 9th) to Jim Markstrom. We have a son named Samm, he'll be 8 on Oct 14. I was born & raised in Racine, WI (graduated from Walden III in '91), while the hubby is from the Chicago area. I've been a ham for over 4 years now (since July 2003) and I'm very active locally in clubs, events, foxhunts, etc.
I'm also a sunday school teacher at Messiah Lutheran Church, volunteer with the Volunteer Center of Racine, and Citizen Corps .
I'm a college student, at UW-Parkside. I am pursuing BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Geosciences.
