Talk:Racine HSMM
From Megawiki
In the article you mention: "network IP block on static basis thusfar"
Who maintains the IP list? What block are you using?
- 192.168.5.x
ME
Is there a "guest" IP range for users?
- Yes but dhcp block isn't implmented yet, ... there is a 30 ip block for roamers.
- Don't answer me here! put it in the article! -Other questions then, What is the 30 block for roamers? Basically, can you make it so I UNDERSTAND everything about HSMM and how it is implemented? So I could surmise a guest IP to use until you assign me one? I'm trying to say, Contact KB9MMA may be good to get an IP address in the system, but I shouldn't need to contact him(you) for any other bit of information. Also Why channels 2 & 5? Again please put the answers in the article! This arfticle should be written in a fasion so we can use it as a handout to people who contact KB9MMA asking for information, we should develop this article in excruciating detail with the intent of it turning into the racine area HSMM manual. :)
