Pre-Event Duscussion

I have the Volunteer Center's canopy in the back seat of my car.

I have gator aid and water for sale in my trunk. This is fund raiser for volunteer center along with bakery items.

Volunteers Center volunteers made and pasted labels on the new ARRL brochures. I will hve them at the site for pick up and distribution.

PD will drop command post off late Fri night. I will pick up key on the way to the site.

PD will pick up command post prior to Senior Center opening Saturday morning.

Ta25 command center - good

  • more bathrooms- kc9eow
  • bake sale - inquiry need more volunteer center help.

-left tub / vest at site.. - all ta's - net control said would be picked up.

  • (outside racine) Needs to follow ICS and do whatever protocol is made for the event.
