Section Emergency Coordinator

In the ARES organizational structure, the Section Emergency Coordinator or SEC is appointed by the Section Manager (SM) and and works under the manager's supervision. In most sections, the SM delegates to the SEC the administration of the section emergency plan and the authority to appoint District Emergency Coordinators and Emergency Coordinators.
