Racine Megacycle Club and Lakeshore Repeater Association ARRL Sites of the Week
From August 12, 2006 Article:
This is going to be a one of a kind feature this week. Our usual site of the week will be a "two-fer" and at the end of the message will be a reminder of a very special special event.
For the site(s) of the week, we leave the sunny tropics from last week and travel about 2,100 NNW to the cities of Racine and Kenosha, Wisconsin to join Alexander Voss, N9RGX and members of the Racine Megacycle Club as well as Lakeshore Repeater Association as they say Hello on their links sections. This is yet another beautiful section of our country. I spent part of a summer in Wisconsin as a Boy Scout and returned there a couple of years back. The first listing as a photo of what would appear to be their QSL card and it shows a great water/skyline shot. Hope the fishing in that water is as good a I remember from many years ago on my Scouting adventures.
